Collaboration Initiative: National Science Parks (ENPCT) & Aurum Group Holdings

A strategic collaboration between the National Science Parks (ENPCT) and Aurum Group Holdings aims to promote business development opportunities at the Science Parks (SP). This initiative includes the provision of infrastructure and technical support, such as:

• Offices, meeting rooms, and canteens

• Wholesale and retail shop floor space

• Storage and laydown areas

• Manufacturing and industrial production zones (factories and logistics facilities)

• Advanced training facilities and lecture rooms with full IT network support

• On-site accommodation, mess hall, and recreation center

Key Objective: To attract foreign investment and foster joint venture collaborations, with a focus on local content development (LCD) programs. The initiative targets key business sectors and emerging markets in Mozambique.

• Commercial and Industrial sectors

• Manufacturing, production, supply, and service industries

The plan includes the development of accommodation, office space, and supporting services within the 950-hectare Science Parks in Maluana, located 80 km from Maputo.

A phased development approach—three phases in total—is envisioned to facilitate and sustain long-term business growth at Science Parks Maluana.
